Roasted Tomato Soup

I roast the tomatoes and puree them into a light, but fulling soup! Basil, olive oil, parmesan cheese. Served with my incredible homemade sour dough croutons for a crunch! A drizzle of truffle oil finishes this soup! Amazing lunch or GIRL DINNER!
