Past and Present: My Story

I was raised in a home where the door was always open and there was always one more seat at the table.Hospitality was not something we performed. It was who we were. My mother practiced what I now call radical hospitality. Neighbors, friends, teammates, new faces in town. Everyone was welcomed.
Our dinners were never rushed. The table was thoughtfully set, the menu carefully curated, and the conversations lingered long after the plates were cleared. It was where stories were shared, laughter echoed, and connection happened naturally.
Raised by an Italian mother, food was both language and love. I grew up leaning into Mediterranean flavors. Fresh herbs, good olive oil, citrus, simple ingredients prepared with intention. Meals were never complicated, but they were meaningful. Every dish had heart behind it.
Today, I carry that tradition into every meal I cook. I elevate meals with a hostess’s heart. Effortless entertaining is who I am to the core. I believe a beautifully prepared dinner should feel seamless for you and unforgettable for your family and guests.
My goal is to create meals that invite people to slow down, gather close, and stay awhile. More than anything, I want every meal to feel the way Sunday supper did in my childhood home. Warm. Welcoming. Full of flavor. And full of life.

There is always room at the table.
